Sniper version of an AK47. Is there anything the commies didn't use AKs for?

That thing is pretty sweet, but I don't think actual Communists as we think of them (ie Soviets) ever used it. They used the ugly ass Dragunov instead. Of course, neither is an actual sniper rifle and you'd have to be desperate to use them as such. With some hardcore modding and the hope that it came in 30.06, the M76 would still be doing good to hit at 1000m. Also, no. Kalashnikov actually designed another system for a belt-fed heavy machine gun so AKs weren't used in that role.
