From the clips I've seen, it's a pretty funny show. Japan's biggest musicians seem to make regular appearances. I've seen at least a dozen clips with Ayumi, including one where she dominates one of the hosts in a car-parking challenge. There's another hilarious one where she tries to ride different kinds of bikes and totally fails.
And about the Japanese lettering, it only seems to pop up when something funny is being said. It makes me laugh even though I don't really understand what they're saying.
