Meh. Beer's fucking cheap.
I guess if you're really brave, you can try a test run of just bourbon and whatever beer you're willing sacrifice. The result should be something like a really powerful wine but be drinkable. If it isn't, adding Pepsi probably won't do anything but make you vomit.
